An Archived sessions chip for DeepSeek Harness, for harness versions whose sidebar has no archive row.

Newer harness releases moved archived conversations out of the session list and into a filter menu (View options → Filter sessions). The archive still works, but the button you used to click is gone. This plugin puts a chip in the sidebar foot, next to the other global actions:

• the count of archived conversations, always visible;
• click it to list them by title;
• Restore puts one back into the session list, through the harness's own unarchive operation.

Nothing is copied or reimplemented from the product: the count comes from the workspaces service snapshot, the titles from the sessions snapshot, and restore calls unarchiveSession on the uiWorkspace service. The list filter preference is left alone.

Requirements

• Node.js ^22.19.0 || >=24.0.0.
• pnpm on PATH; the harness manages profile plugins with it.
• A harness version that exposes the client services workspaces, sessions and uiWorkspace, and the sidebar.footer.action slot. Verified on Harness 0.2.0-rc.2; the 0.1.5 line exposes the same services and slot but keeps its own archive row, so the chip is redundant there.

Install

From GitHub, into a profile (web in the examples):

dsh plugin --profile web add github:songjongdevsecops/dsh-arquivadas
dsh web            # restart the web server so the bundle loads

If pnpm asks for build permission (it does not for this package, which has no native dependencies), follow the hint it prints.

How it looks

A small archive icon with the number of archived sessions sits in the sidebar foot. Clicking opens a panel pinned above it:

The empty state says there is nothing archived. Escape, the ×, or a click outside closes the panel.

Uninstall

dsh plugin --profile web remove dsh-arquivadas

If the profile keeps the line in dsh.profile.bundles, remove dsh-arquivadas from that list too.

Notes

• The chip renders in the sidebar foot on purpose: in the newer shell the workspace list region belongs to the product's own registrant, and no slot is published above the session rows. The foot is where the global session actions already live, one row above the workspace browser's old archive row.
• Restoring an archived conversation only changes the sidebar list; the session log is untouched.
• No telemetry, no network calls, no host routes. The host half is an empty module.
